Asia Treasury Meeting (Time zone in Hong Kong (GMT+8))

This session will explore opportunities for automating Treasury processes. Our sponsor, Standard Chartered Bank, will kick off discussions with a blockchain initiative to digitize the trade finance process. In addition, we will look at the challenges associated with the data digitization agenda of reporting, analytics, and processes such as AP/AR, which contains third party information beyond Treasury’s purview.

NeuGroup for Asia Treasury is an invitation-only group of senior-level treasury professionals with regional or global responsibility for corporate treasury, treasury operations or risk management at leading multinational corporations in Asia. Members share knowledge and practice for a fuller understanding of treasury and risk management practices and how best to apply them in the Asia-Pacific region. .

Interim meetings are meant for members of the specified peer group. These meetings originated in response to Covid-19 to keep members connected virtually in between semi-annual peer group meetings. They have a headline topic or topics presented for discussion, followed by an open forum for additional peer sharing and learning on other items.
