By Member Request: Pressure to Move Treasury Operations to Low Cost Locations?

Members-only discussion. Are large corporates thinking of or already executing on utilizing low-cost locations such as India, Philippines, Argentina, Mexico, etc. for running any aspects of their Treasury Operations (not shared service centers). If so, who is driving the efforts? If not, is pressure mounting to do so?

The member posing the question will share his company’s plans along these lines, what’s in scope at this stage and how the scope could expand to other areas of operational activities that touch the Treasury function.
