Life Sciences and Capital Structure

Life Sciences members will gather to discuss capital structure in a post-pandemic environment. Chatham Financial will join the session to provide an update on the discussions they have will clients on a topic that encompasses so many important sub-topics including optimal leverage levels, fixed/floating balances, credit ratings, and capital allocation.

NeuGroup for Life Sciences Treasurers is an invitation-only group of treasurer-level professionals from leading life sciences multi-national corporations, including those in pharmaceuticals, as well as medical equipment and technology. The group follows NeuGroup’s time-tested approach for membership peer groups, including facilitated agenda development, benchmarking surveys, and professional networking.

Interim meetings are meant for members of the specified peer group. These meetings originated in response to Covid-19 to keep members connected virtually in between semi-annual peer group meetings. They have a headline topic or topics presented for discussion, followed by an open forum for additional peer sharing and learning on other items.
