Member qualifications must match the peer group’s description (market cap, industry sector, region, level of responsibility and/or functional area.) Members must be willing and able to contribute meaningfully to peer discussions and be employed by the company they are representing. Annual membership fees are required.

An updated event calendar is available on our public website here. In addition to the listed events, there are other special events occurring regularly by invitation-only that are not posted publicly. Members receive a monthly newsletter with upcoming events.
Our events are closed to members and respective session sponsors, or available by private invitation. Virtual sessions usually run for an hour, in-person meetings typically run for one to one and a half days, with some reaching up to three days long.
All NeuGroup members receive an individual email with an activation link to log in to the member portal NeuGroup Connect.
If you cannot locate this email, please try resetting your password first. If you continue to experience issues, you may reach out to your peer group leader for assistance.
Yes! Through NeuGroup Connect, each peer group has its own dedicated online community. Members may post questions to the group, engage in discussions and use the member directory to send individual direct messages to their peers.

There should be no discussions or collusion with your competitors or concerted actions that may restrain competition. This includes the improper exchange of information concerning company specific current or future prices, price levels, pricing formulas, credit terms, discounts, costs, terms or other features that can impact prices.
When a meeting, or part thereof, is held under the Chatham House Rule, participants are free to use the information received, but neither the identity nor the affiliation of the speaker(s), nor that of any other participant, may be revealed.
