NeuGroup values its members’ privacy and seeks to protect it at all times. This statement discloses how personal information is collected via NeuGroup Exchange Communities and used to deliver a quality experience. By using the Peer Group Communities, members consent to the collection, use, and storage of personal information by NeuGroup in the manner described in this statement. NeuGroup reserves the right to update this statement at any point.

Data Collection

Access Log Information. We collect the following access log information: click-stream data and HTTP protocol elements. Our Web server collects access logs containing this information. This data may be used by our agents or us for the following purposes:

  • Completion and support of the current activity.
  • Website and system administration.
  • Research and development.
  • Anonymous user analysis.
  • Anonymous user profiling and decision-making.
  • This access log has been marked as non-identifiable. This means that there is no reasonable way for the site to identify the individual person this data was collected from.

Web beacons are clear electronic images that can recognize certain types of information on your computer, such as cookies, when you viewed a particular website tied to the Web beacon, and a description of a website site tied to the Web beacon. For example, NeuGroup may place Web beacons in emails that notify the Company when you click on a link in the email that directs you to one of the Company’s websites. NeuGroup uses Web beacons to operate and improve the Company’s websites and email communications.

Transaction Information. We may, in the future, collect the following transaction information: physical contact information and member purchase information. We would collect this information in order to process your orders. This data may be used by us and our agents (and by delivery services) for the following other purposes:

  • Completion and support of the current activity.

  • Research and development. Anonymous user analysis.
  • Anonymous user profiling and decision-making.
  • User Information.

We collect the following user information: unique identifiers, e-mail address, and user’s name. At the user’s option, we may also collect the following data:

Children’s Online Privacy Protection. NeuGroup understands the importance of protecting children’s privacy, especially in an online environment. The Site is not intentionally designed for or directed at children 13 years of age or younger, and NeuGroup will not intentionally collect or maintain information about anyone under the age of 13.

Consent. By using the Site, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your information by us in the manner described in this Privacy Policy and elsewhere on the Site.
