The NeuGroup Process

The Leading Membership Organization For Corporate Finance

Our Process

We facilitate over 50 face-to-face meetings and hundreds of virtual connections per year for our unique member network, comprised of peer groups segmented by company size, sector or job role. Member guidance on peer selection fosters a curated group and a trusted environment for sharing, learning and long-lasting connections. A typical group meets twice per year for a full day to day and a half to exchange knowledge on their top projects and priorities. We identify what members are focused on, plus what they may be missing, to shape our meeting agendas and provide data to support their best course of action.

Develop an Agenda

A NeuGroup leader works with members and sponsors to design a relevant meeting agenda through online polls and individual interviews

Collect Benchmarking Information

NeuGroup leaders meet with their groups to collect top of mind topics, identify members who can lead discussions and uncover group survey topics to provide peer to peer benchmarking information

Capture Peer Group Knowledge

Many meetings begin with a round-robin style to share of top priorities, followed by one or two session leader presentations and expert guest speakers
