Like many, NeuGroup is taking concerns about Zoom’s privacy and security standards seriously.
Having found Zoom to be the best tool to take NeuGroup meetings virtual, we’ve become eager advocates. And still are. Many have flocked to Zoom for similar reasons, as they’ve gotten so many things right.
We were first sold on their one tap mobile numbers for conference calls, so you don’t have to punch in the meeting code–even before we adopted “web-cam-on” video conferencing. If your smartphone is your main business phone, you know how much that matters. Customer experience niceties like this add up to a lot, plus the audio and video quality has proven more reliable than the other services we’ve used.
We hope Zoom comes through. And perhaps some of this is coming from competitors and their allies who have watched Zoom, zoom past them.
Still, trust means everything to NeuGroup, so we will be monitoring how Zoom responds to the scrutiny and reveals it’s true colors.
